COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES & CONSULTING, LLC
Architectural Engineering:
CTC's methodology toward all Architectural & Engineering (A&E) projects follows the current AIA standards format. We support all phases of the architectural process from the program phase to the construction administration phase. CTC can negotiate our services to contain all or a few phases depending on the project size and level of effort required. We will coordinate the space planning and architectural issues for the communications systems infrastructure main point-of-presence spaces, and telecommunications rooms.
All electrical engineering issues such as power requirements, conduit, and raceway designs will be coordinated with the Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) consultant.
Early efforts will include the identification of decisions pending and plans which may be implemented during the course of the project. We will periodically assess the status of these items to remain fully aware of their impact on our work. Our analysis and design work will begin with more general considerations such as requirements and technology architecture, which is less sensitive to implementation specifics. Detailed design and implementation recommendations will be made at a time near the conclusion of each phase, based upon the latest available information.
